The City of Baltimore requires a permit for organized use of property that is under the jurisdiction of the Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks. Permits will only be issued to persons 21 years or older with a valid photo ID.
Permit Application Process
To obtain a permit to reserve an area for your event (click here), a completed Permit Application form, along with a non-refundable application fee, must be mailed or hand delivered to:

Our Permits Office is open to the public Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. THE PERMITS OFFICE IS CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC ON THURSDAYS TO PROCESS APPLICATIONS.
