  • Only cashier checks or money orders  will be accepted for any and all fees.  Money Order should be made out to ‘Director of Finance.’
  • Security deposit ($1000) must be made within 5 business days of request to secure the reservation.  Remainder of fees are due 60 days prior to the date of the event.
  • Set up and clean up time is included in the rental  time.  Please plan to arrive and depart promptly.  This includes all catering functions.
  • There is no parking on the circle in front of the Mansion or in the lot next to Mansion. Limited access for material drop off is available but should be scheduled through the office. All vehicles must park in designated parking areas. 
  • Kitchen use is included in the rental  fee (except South Pavilion rentals) but MUST be requested at time of reservation. Kitchen is for warming only, no cooking. Limited refrigeration / freezer space.
