COVID-19 UPDATE:  Due to recent guidances regarding events and gatherings, Baltimore City Recreation and Parks’ Special Events & Permits Office will begin to accept applications for all events beginning Tuesday, June 1 for events to be hosted after Monday, July 5. Applicants are asked to please allow a six-to-eight-week review period for all applications. Per the latest guidance, the following applies for all permitted events: 

  • Masks are mandatory at all ticketed events unless actively eating or drinking. 
    • Run and Walk events do not require participants to wear masks.
  • Social Distancing is encouraged 
  • Capacity limits apply to space restrictions only; no COVID related capacity restrictions are in place

All park goers must adhere to the latest city-wide guidance and current BCRP Guidelines. This means, wearing a mask whenever outdoors. We will continue to evaluate and adjust restrictions as conditions change. Please stay tuned to #BCRPAlerts on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for updates.
