Summer Basketball

Revitalized in 2023, the program is part of a broader crime prevention strategy led by the Mayor’s Office, aimed at creating safe, engaging spaces for Baltimore’s youth.
Held on Friday and Saturday nights, the league offers youth ages 13 to 17 a structured and positive environment during the critical evening hours. More than just a basketball league, the program blends competitive play with interactive community engagement. Participants can enjoy live music, entertainment, food, and vendor activities, creating a festive and supportive atmosphere.
