Baltimore City Recreation and Parks (BCRP) is seeking proposals from qualified Media Sponsors to support the 50th Anniversary of the AFRAM Festival, one of the largest African American cultural arts celebrations on the East Coast. This milestone event will feature national recording artists, local talent, food, art, community activations, and more.
