The Greater Baltimore Children and Nature Collaborative promotes playing and exploring by taking kids through nature and utilizing nearby natural spaces and parks.

City Farms

The City Farms program began in 1978. Today, there are 11 City Farms providing around 700 plots for urban gardeners.

Rhythm & Reels inspires Baltimoreans to celebrate, community, culture, and diversity through FREE, family-friendly programming in city parks.

Park'd N' Pumpkin

Friday, October 20, 7-10 p.m., Druid Hill Park, Free  

BCRP’s annual Park’d N’ Pumpkin fall event is back. Enjoy Park’d ‘N’ Pumpkin from the safety of your car as we take guests on a spooky journey through Druid Hill Park where they will encounter ghouls and treats along a haunted trail. Guests can enjoy delicious treats and snacks as they brave the scary attraction.

Santa Claus is coming to town, so bring your kids to Cookies & Cabooses! BCRP is hosting this holiday event where kids can spend time with Santa, enjoy a train ride, create seasonal crafts, eat cookies, drink hot cocoa, and watch The Polar Express. 

Saturday, December 16, 12 p.m.-4 p.m. Cahill Recreation Center, Free  

Santa Claus is coming to town, so bring your kids to Cookies & Cabooses! BCRP is hosting this holiday event at Cahill Recreation Center where kids can spend time with Santa, enjoy a train ride, create seasonal crafts, eat cookies, drink hot cocoa, and watch The Polar Express

Additionally, BCRP is offering inflatable attractions and the reading of holiday stories. Adults can enjoy musical performances from a live band, lawn games, axe throwing, warm beverages, and on-site food trucks.
