Rhythm & Reels inspires Baltimoreans to celebrate, community, culture and diversity through FREE, family-friendly programming in city parks. Created in 2016, the series is a collaborative community effort showcasing FREE movies and concerts in city parks.

Movie Schedule:

1. Thursday, June 13, 2024 - The Color Purple - Harbor Point, 6-9 p.m.
   • Please wear your purple!
2. Tuesday, June 18, 2024 - Live Music - Cuples Tea House, 5-8 p.m.
3. Thursday, July 11, 2024 - TBD - TBD, TBD 
4. Saturday, July 20, 2024 - House Head Reunion - Wyman Park Deli, 12-8 p.m.
5. Thursday, August 8, 2024 - Barbie - Leakin Park, 6-9 p.m.
   • Please rock your pink!
6. Friday, September 13, 2024 - Friday the 13th (Silent Movie) - Canton Waterfront Park, 7-10 p.m. 

   • This is a paid event that is limited to 150 participants. Attendees will use silent headphones. Cost is $5 per person.

7. Thursday, October 10, 2024 - TBD - TBD
8. Friday, October 25, 2024 - Hocus Pocus 1 and 2 (Double Feature) - Medfield Recreation Center, 6-10 p.m. 

Friendly reminders:

• All Rhythms & Reels events are subject to change at any time due to weather cancellations, entertainment changes, etc. please check Baltimore Recnparks Facebook, Twitter or Instagram before heading to the park
• Free popcorn is served at all movie showings, while supplies last 
• Tag on social media @recnparks and use #RhythmsandReels
• Picnic baskets and coolers are welcome. No glass bottles or containers are allowed
• Pets are to be kept on leashes at all times
• Please silence cell phones during all entertainment
